Pearly WaterSlide Decal Paper (WS-P-300S)
Pearly waterslide decal paper displays a subtle seashell-like color effect under sunlight and racetrack lights. Making an unique effects on your design, luxurious and elegant. A combination of Clear (WS-150S), Opaque (WS-D-300S), silver (WS-S-300S), Pearly (WS-P-300S), and neon (WS-N-300S 4-color Pink/Yellow/Orange/Green) waterslide decal papers printed with UV/Eco-solvent inks not only enhances visual appeal but also improves visibility, ensuring safety during outdoor work. It is suitable for safety helmets, motorcycle plastic shells.
The Pearly WS-P-300S waterslide decal paper is designed specifically for racing side fairings, perfectly combining aesthetics and practicality:
• Precision Fit: The waterslide application process conforms flawlessly to the complex curves and contours of racing side cowls. It ensures bubble-free, edge-to-edge adhesion that won’t lift or peel, even under high-speed airflow and vibration.
• Enhanced Track Safety: It can be combined with reflective and neon materials for maximum visibility. At night or in overcast conditions, markings remain clearly identifiable. Recognition rates at 120 meters are over 8 times higher than standard decals, drastically reducing collision risks on the track.
Custom MotoGP Racing Side Fairing with WS-P-300S
1. Print patterns by UV/Eco-Solvent printers
2. Cut patterns by vinyl cutting plotters
3. Submerge you pre-cut decal in 55degree water for 30-60 seconds or until the middle of the decal can easily be slid around. Remove from water.
4. Quickly apply it to your clean decal surface then remove the carrier gently behind the decal, squeeze the images and remove the water and bubbles from the decal paper.
5. Let the decal set and dry for at least 48 hours. Don’t expose to direct sunlight during this time.
Note: If you want better gloss, hardness, washability, etc., you can use polyurethane varnish, acrylic varnish, or UV-curable varnish to spray coverage protection.
