It is supposed to use with wax crayons, Oil pastels, fluorescent markers, color pencil, etc. then the images can be transferred onto white or dark colored cotton fabric, cotton/polyester blend, 100%polyester, cotton/spandex blend, cotton/nylon etc by a regular household iron, mini heat press or heat press machine.

Step-by-Step Tutorial: Print iron-on transfers for Dark fabric HP inkjet printers

Step 1: Prepare for Printing
First, gather your stuff. You’ll need thick, dark-colored 100% cotton or cotton-polyester fabric.
Step 2: Open the HP Smart app
Click “Print Photos” or “Print Documents”. Seclect the Alizarin Iron on transfer paper with photo quality glossy paper
Step 3: Print the Transfer
Set paper size to A4 and choose “glossy paper” of the best quality option.
Step 4: Apply the Transfer
Peel the coating film and place the transfer design side up. Cover with a piece of silicone paper and press firmly,move the iron slowly, like half an inch per second.
Step 5: Care for the Item
Wait 24 hours before washing. Turn the item inside out, wash in cold water separately the first time. Use mild detergent, then air dry or low heat. Avoid ironing over the transfer—if you have to, put a silicone paper over it.
Caution!
Never use Alizarin transfers in laser printers or inkjets with heating elements—the heat melts the paper and messes up your printer.
