But its direct suitability for ceramic glass cups is limited due to the substrate's properties and the press's ink and printing process. The Pretty-Film developed by our company can easily print on ceramic cup with original toner.
We have made the Pretty-Film (PF-150) that can be printed by similar digital printing press mentioned above, pre-treatment of FJ5 with images to ensure proper ink adhesion, then transfer decals onto un-coated ceramics, glass, jade, metal, plastic materials and other hard surface. After baking in an electric oven at 110°C~190°C for about 5~10 minutes, then tear off the surface film to get the finished product.

Screen Printing:

Direct-to-Ceramic Printing:
This method involves directly printing images onto the ceramic surface using specialized inks and printers. such as UV platform printer, or roller UV printer, it may require specific priming or pre-treatment to ensure proper ink adhesion
Decal Printing:
Applying pre-printed with ceramic toners decals onto the ceramic surface, a popular method for adding designs to cups. It requires high-temperature baking over 800°C.
Sublimation Printing:
Using a sublimation printer to transfer designs onto special sublimation paper, which is then transferred to the ceramic cup using heat. Ceramic cups need to be pre-coated and are suitable for regular shapes.
